I am Italian and I live in Italy. Despite this, I decided to reimagine Athens as a Mediterranean city because it deeply inspired me. I created this artwork with a sketch on a sheet of paper and digitally colored. With this work I want to convey the freshness that Athens inspires me, elevating the iconic Italicus bottle to the perfect Greek architectural geometry: the golden ratio wants to unify the perfection of the bottle with the architecture and beauty of Athens. The design of the Italicus bottle is inspired by a Roman column, here compared to the Greek columns. The Italian fruits are represented to remember the origin of Italicus but also to represent a Mediterranean fruit. The bright colors are in perfect Italicus style: they want to convey freshness. Gold wants to give a precious touch.
